They didn't have the correct size tubes, but were able to clamp new ones down to get me home. I had my dogs with me, they let us in the waiting room with them and offered them water and a lot of attention in all of their apprehension. I can't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough.”

The Jim Cook dealership service schedulers were very nice to work with and very helpful by providing the courtesy vehicle. The service required about 5 hours to complete as estimated. Since we live about 30 to 45 minutes from the dealership, depending on winter weather, the use of the courtesy car allowed us to have lunch and complete a number of errands during the 5 hour wait. We were pleased with the work completed, the concern and helpfulness of the two service schedulers that made our visit enjoyable. For these reasons we consider this an excellent visit!”

They knew very little about you amazing Green car that makes more sense to me than a Tesla. Lea was outstanding from start to finish.
