The Jim Cook dealership service schedulers were very nice to work with and very helpful by providing the courtesy vehicle. The service required about 5 hours to complete as estimated. Since we live about 30 to 45 minutes from the dealership, depending on winter weather, the use of the courtesy car allowed us to have lunch and complete a number of errands during the 5 hour wait. We were pleased with the work completed, the concern and helpfulness of the two service schedulers that made our visit enjoyable. For these reasons we consider this an excellent visit!”

If they don't have the vehicle on their premises, they will get it from another dealer (last summer when we purchased another vehicle, we were trying to decide between another Terrain and an Equinox and Jim Cook found one of each for us to look at and decide which to buy). NO other dealer in the area has been willing to find a car from another dealer - much less two!!"
