2024 Chevrolet Traverse Trim Levels

The 2024 Chevrolet Traverse, a staple in the mid-size SUV segment, has been reimagined to meet the needs of today’s families who demand generous space and cutting-edge features. Boasting a fresh exterior, a revamped interior, an upgraded engine, and an array of safety and technology enhancements—including GM’s Super Cruise hands-free driving system—the Traverse remains a standout at the Spruce Pine Chevrolet dealership.

The 2024 Chevrolet Traverse comes in four trim levels: LS, LT, RS, and Z71. Every model features a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 328 horsepower and 326 lb-ft of torque, coupled to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard across the lineup, except for the Z71, which includes all-wheel drive. The other trims get available all-wheel drive. According to the Spruce Pine Chevrolet dealership, the Traverse can comfortably accommodate up to eight passengers.

2024 Chevrolet Traverse LS
The entry-level Traverse LS trim seamlessly blends contemporary features with utility. It features front seats with manual adjustments and second and third rows that fold manually. For added comfort, the LS includes heated front seats, push-button start, tri-zone automatic climate control, and a heated steering wheel. Outside, there are LED headlights, a hands-free power liftgate, and power heated side mirrors. Standard tech features include an 11-inch digital driver information display, an infotainment system with a 17.7-inch touchscreen, Google built-in and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The LS trim comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of safety features. This includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, automatic forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, a follow-distance indicator, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.

2024 Chevrolet Traverse LT
The Traverse LT trim starts with the features of the LS. It adds extra comfort and convenience features, including second-row captain’s chairs, an eight-way power driver’s seat with four-way power lumbar support, and a wireless phone charging pad. The LT also features a 120-volt outlet, express up/down power windows, and black roof rails.

The LT trim offers a variety of optional features, including 20-inch dark gray alloy wheels, seating for eight passengers, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof. The Enhanced Driving Package adds a driver attention monitor, an automatic parking assistant, and Super Cruise hands-free driving. A Trailering Package with Hitch View and Hitch Guidance is also available.

2024 Chevrolet Traverse Z71
The Traverse Z71 trim caters to those who love rugged terrains and thrilling outdoor experiences. It builds on the LT’s features with 18-inch wheels, all-terrain tires, multiple terrain modes, and an off-road suspension with an added one-inch lift. This trim also includes advanced twin-clutch all-wheel drive, special shock absorbers with hydraulic rebound, hill descent control, gloss black roof rails, underbody skid plates, and the Trailering Package. Available features include the Enhanced Driving package, a Bose premium stereo system, and a power sunroof.

2024 Chevrolet Traverse RS
The Traverse RS trim is the epitome of luxury and advanced technology in the Traverse roster. In addition to the LT’s features, it includes 22-inch alloy wheels, premium black leather seating with red accents, ventilated front seats, one-touch folding second-row captain’s chairs, heated second-row seats, a power-folding third-row seat, active noise cancellation, ambient lighting, a power tilt/telescoping flat-bottom steering wheel, and a rear camera mirror. The RS also comes with rain-sensing wipers, power-folding side mirrors, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, a Bose audio system, and the Enhanced Driving Package.
